Project Scope:

Construction of 18 km shingle roads in marble bearing areas, upper Mohmand Agency with the following breakup:

  1. Improvement of existing 07 Km road from Ziarat Khwar to Ziarat marble mines, Ziarat area, Mohmand Agency.
  2. Construction of 08 Km road from Kooz Chinarai to Inzarai, Sara Khwa marble deposits, Safi area, Mohmand Agency.(Rs.92.559 million)
  3. Construction of 03 Km shingle road from Dawazo Khwar to Shakar Ghundai Marble deposits,upper Amber area,Mohmand Agency. (Rs.23.959 million)
Present Status:
  • PC-I of the 7 KM road is being prepared on the basis of cost estimate provided by the concerned C&W Division.
  • An amount of Rs. 35.00 million transferred to C & W Division Mohmand Agency. 76% E/W completed on road at S. No. 2.
  • Funds to the extent of Rs. 8.00 million have been transferred to C & W Division Mohmand Agency for construction of Shakar Ghundai road.
